How to use:
Use with concealer: For under eye area, dab product lightly under the eye, then use the brush to tap the product outwards and down. For precision application to imperfections and scarring apply using the tip of the brush.
Use with glitter: Dip into product, tap off excess and apply to desired area by pressing firmly onto skin.
